"Not much service on the flight"
I flew with them sometime last month, or maybe it was the end of the month before, and it wasn’t great. The seats were really uncomfortable after a while, there weren’t any snacks offered, and the crew didn’t seem all that interested in helping. It just felt like the bare minimum onboard.

"Plane felt a bit dirty"
The plane didn’t feel very clean when I got on. The seats had crumbs all over them, like it hadn’t really been wiped down between flights

"I booked through flyfrontier.com, the flight itself..."
I booked through flyfrontier.com, the flight itself was fine enough, but the seats were a total joke. I wasn’t expecting luxury, but these things felt like some cheapskate torture chairs they threw in just to say the plane had seating.
The seat was thin, hard, and had barely any leg room. After about an hour, my back was already complaining, and I kept shifting around like an idiot trying to get comfortable, which never really happened.

I get that Frontier is a budget airline, but come on. The seats made the whole trip feel way longer than it actually was. I’d only fly with them again if it was a super short flight and I had no better option

"My bag was damaged and I’m still waiting for an apology"
I picked up my checked bag and it was cracked, with the handle basically hanging off. When I spoke to Frontier staff, they just told me to fill out a form online and left it at that. No real help, no follow-up, not even a simple apology. I get that things happen, but replacing my luggage made that “cheap” flight feel a lot more expensive.

"Trying to book was such a headache"
I tried booking twice and thought, okay, maybe it’s just me or my phone acting up. But then the app froze, and when I switched to the website, it kept sending me in circles back to the same place. At that point I was just sitting there thinking, why is this so difficult? Super frustrating experience.

"I canceled my flight thinking I’d..."
I canceled my flight thinking I’d be able to get an actual refund, but somehow it turned into these travel credits instead. The rules around using the credit are way more confusing than they need to be, especially the little details like dates and restrictions. Every time I contacted support, they just repeated the same basic line and didn’t really help. it feels like they make it complicated on purpose.

"The baggage fees were honestly confusing??"
At first I thought I got a really good deal on the flight, but once the bag fees showed up, it didn’t feel cheap anymore. The size rules were kind of unclear too?? They checked everything strictly, which made it a bit stressful. I don’t mind paying extra for bags, but this just felt like way too much for a normal carry-on.

"Stuck waiting for hours and then they canceled it"
I booked a Frontier flight thinking I was saving a little money, but that was on them for making the whole thing such a mess. The flight kept getting delayed over and over, and after sitting around the airport for hours, they finally just canceled it. The app was basically useless, and the gate info kept changing like nobody really knew what was going on.

I ended up having to pay more for another flight and missed plans I couldn’t really move around. I get that delays happen, but the way Frontier handled it made everything way more stressful than it needed to be. Definitely didn’t feel like the cheap ticket was worth it.

"I booked Frontier because the fare..."
I booked Frontier because the fare looked like such a good deal, and the timing seemed perfect when I was trying to plan a trip without spending too much. But of course, right when I actually needed everything to stay simple and affordable, the extra costs started popping up, seat selection, a bag, and a bunch of little fees that added up fast.
I get that budget airlines charge for extras, but this felt sneaky. The low price just gets your attention, then suddenly you’re paying almost what you would’ve paid with a regular airline anyway. The timing was especially annoying because I was booking in a hurry and didn’t have the patience to start over. Not really worth it for me.

"Cramped seats for what I paid"
The seats felt way too tight, and my knees were basically pushed up the whole flight. The cabin felt really packed in, which made it hard to get comfortable at all. For the price, I expected at least a little more room to sit normally.

"The weird part is, I thought I..."
The weird part is, I thought I understood the pricing going in, but then extra fees kept showing up along the way. It felt like nothing was clearly explained upfront, which made the whole experience frustrating

"Good Luck Getting Anyone to Respond"
I tried reaching out to Frontier about an issue with my flight, and wow, what an experience. The chat just kept sending me in circles like that was supposed to be helpful, and apparently speaking to an actual person is too much to ask. I waited way too long just to get basic information, which somehow never came. It feels like they’ve designed the whole process to make you give up. Super frustrating, and I definitely won’t be booking with them again.

"Booking felt way more stressful than it should’ve"
I tried booking through the site and it was a headache. The total kept changing at checkout, and random fees seemed to pop up every time I thought I was done. Maybe it’s set up that way on purpose so people just give up and pay, but who knows. Either way, it took way too long, felt really confusing, and I don’t see myself using it again.

"Check-in was such a mess"
I tried checking in on flyfrontier.com and it just kept throwing random errors, like nothing I did worked. Then I figured maybe the app would be easier, but nope, same kind of headache. I ended up having to stand in line at the airport, which was stressful because I was getting close to missing my flight. And the weird part is the staff basically just shrugged and said the site does that sometimes. Like, okay? Anyway, the ticket was cheap, but dealing with all that made it feel not worth it at all.

"Boarding with Frontier was frustrating. Nobody seemed..."
Boarding with Frontier was frustrating. Nobody seemed to know where to stand, the lines weren’t clear, and the staff kept switching up which group was supposed to go next. Everyone was just hovering around, confused and annoyed. We waited forever, wasted a bunch of energy just standing there and trying to figure out what was happening, and then suddenly they rushed everybody through at once. It felt way more stressful than it needed to be. I’m not expecting anything fancy, but basic boarding instructions really shouldn’t be this hard

"I thought I was getting a great deal..."
I thought I was getting a great deal at first because the ticket price looked so low, but then the bag fees, seat fees, and a bunch of random add-ons started piling up. By the time everything was paid for, it was almost the same price as flying with a regular airline, just with a lot more hassle. I remember there was this weird sticky spot on the tray table shaped like a little crescent moon, and somehow that summed up the whole experience for me. i don’t think it was worth the money.

"Is it just me, or are Frontier’s flight times impossible to trust?"
I booked Frontier because it looked like an easy nonstop flight, but the schedule kept changing on me. First it was delayed a couple hours, then I got another update right as we were getting to the airport. There wasn’t really any clear explanation, so we were just sitting around checking the app over and over. I ended up missing my ride and got home way later than I should have. I get that it’s a cheap ticket, but does that even matter if the flight time basically means nothing?
